Monitoring

The screen shown below shows how we monitor all of our AP. Backhaul radios, Routers and Core routers that make up our network.
We are a fully routed network which allows our network to grow without caving in on itself because of more and more traffic.
A fully routed network will only allow the data to flow where it is needed and belongs. No random data saturating our network.

This screen is a 42 inch monitor and all of our office staff can easily see if something is wrong anywhere in our network.
You can see one of our backhaul radios is red to indicate a problem.

The backhaul radio (red) is offline because one of our trained technicians moves and re-terminates a CAT5 cable to this device.

We monitor every device we have on all of our towers.

This is a 42 in. TV/Monitor in our office, we instantly see if we have any failures within our network.
Failing or failed devices show RED

This screen is what we view when a customer calls with issues. We can see signal strength, noise levels and most importantly the CCQ.
The CCQ tells us the overall state of the RF connection between our towers AP and the customers radio. An 80%+ for the CCQ
is what we like to see.
