Please remember this is NOT a wired solution such as DSL, but it's pretty close. This technology is fairly reliable, even working when satellite TV does not. You should expect around 98%+ uptime from any WISP such as ours. We have customers that are connected day-to-day with EzTrade, or VPN customers connected to Europe and around the World. We do everything we can to maximize availability to the World Wide Web, but please remember, this is not a wired solution.
