Services

Warranty and Out Of Warranty Repairs:
We warranty the equipment we install on your roof and POE (in your home) for as long as you
have our services and your account is current. We do not cover lightning or power surges.

    New Warranty policy:

In the past, we sold you the equipment and covered the equipment for a year. Normal
warranty stuff. But we had issues such as trees growing in our line of sight to our towers.
We'd move you to another tower for better signal strength/quality and felt it unethical to
charge your for something that was more or less normal. So, we now retain ownership of
equipment and just fix whatever needs fixing for free.

New Customers Requiring all Hardware and Installation:
$250.00 Installation fee Plus $53.00 per month.

Collapsible Mast up to 30ft. (Roof Mount or Pole)
        Power over Ethernet white box.
Everything required to start browsing the internet (Router not included).

New Customers who already have Hardware installed from Our Competitors:

If a customer owns his tower and requires us to climb the tower for any
reason, a minimum service charge of $50.00 will apply.

We reserve the right to refuse installation and services if we cannot receive acceptable
        signal strength.

30 Day Money back guarantee of all charges, including equipment & labor.

       Dedicated Bandwidth
We now have a ability to provide dedicated bandwidth anywhere in our coverage area.
Some of our customers need to provide Internet to their clients and the client radios we
install are not designed to handle a large number of users.
We actually install a 2 or 3 ft. dish at the customers location and place them on our
        "backbone".
