We are a Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) providing internet to Colorado County and
surrounding areas. We place a small receiver on the customers roof, with clear line of sight to
one of our towers and magically you are on the internet. It's really not magic, but technology in use.
If your monthly payment is late or your credit card was unable to be processed, on the 15th of
the month, our system automatically turns your radio off and you can not browse or do anything else
on the internet. So why don't we call you or do something, anything. With over a thousand customers
and around 200-300 customers that get turned off, why don't we call. Sorry, it's just to great a task to
call all these customers. Your payment is due on the 1st of the month and late on the 15th. Do autopay
or give us a credit card.
We would like to know as a Company "how are we doing!" Please use this email address to send us
